Due to high inventory turnover, items may become out of stock or fail inspection after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will notify you via email.

*For prepayment options such as bank transfer, orders are placed after payment confirmation, meaning stock may sell out before payment is completed.

【Out of Stock Items】

While we make every effort to manage inventory, items may sell out. In such cases, we will contact you via email.

Out-of-stock notifications are issued as soon as manufacturers report stock status (typically around 10 business days, though delays may occur on the manufacturer's side).

We do not send confirmation for items that are in stock. Items passing inventory check may still become unavailable if quality issues are detected during final inspection.

Once your item is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.

*Orders may be split into multiple shipments without prior notice (no additional shipping charges apply).

⚫︎Standard Shipping Times

Overseas shipments take approximately 10 to 18 days for Japan and Asia, and 14 to 28 days for other international destinations.

*Delivery estimates listed on product pages are guidelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. These timelines represent the estimated time starting from when the tracking number is issued.

Please order with extra time in mind for unforeseen delays such as severe weather or transit issues. We will email you if significant delays occur.

*Pre-order items require the timeframe specified on the product page for dispatch, plus 3 to 6 weeks for delivery.

*Inbound processing and dispatch are paused on weekends, national holidays, and long holiday periods (New Year, Lunar New Year, Golden Week, Obon, etc.).

*Warehouse busy periods or courier delays may cause shipping adjustments. Shipping carriers cannot be specified.

Tracking numbers are generated upon dispatch from overseas facilities, but local carrier updates may take 5 to 10 days to reflect in online tracking systems.

・Check for typos in your email address, spam folders, connection issues, or Apple email filtering settings.

*Emails will be sent from "info@mamahaloshop.com" or "mamahaloshop@gmail.com". Please adjust your domain settings to allow these addresses.

*If you do not receive a confirmation email after ordering, please contact us before placing a new order. (Duplicate orders cannot be canceled.)

Cancellations and changes to order details due to customer preference are not accepted once an order is completed. Payment method adjustments and shipping address/name modifications post-dispatch are also not permitted.

*If part of a multi-item order is out of stock, we will issue a partial refund and cancel only the unavailable item while notifying you by email.

*Orders flagged as fraudulent or unauthorized may be canceled per shop policies.

*For returns due to sizing or preference upon receipt, please review the "Returns, Exchanges & Refunds" section below and follow the outlined procedure.

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

*SALE items and special promotional items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

【Customer Preference Returns】

Returns due to size preference or personal taste are only accepted if you contact us via email within 5 days of product delivery. Please ensure the following conditions are met:

・Eligible items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original paper tags attached.
・Hygienic items (swimwear, undergarments, socks, etc.) cannot be returned under any circumstances.
・For customer-preference returns, return shipping costs to our designated address in Japan are the full responsibility of the customer.
・Initial shipping fees are non-refundable; only the product price will be refunded.
・The Japanese return address will be provided via email following your return request. Unannounced return shipments will not be accepted.

【Initial Defects & Incorrect Items】

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will promptly offer a replacement. If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be processed. (Replacements follow standard processing and transit times). Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by our shop.

*Third-party payment processing fees (carrier billing, convenience store fees, pay-later fees, bank fees) are service fees and cannot be refunded by our shop.

※For customers residing in the European Economic Area (EU/EEA), the Right of Withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive applies regardless of the above terms. You may cancel or return items within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason. For details, please consult our "Refund Policy (EEA Residents Provision)".

【How to Request a Return or Exchange】

You must contact us via email within 5 days of delivery. For defective items, please attach at least 3 photos showing: (1) the defective area, (2) the entire item displaying attached tags, and (3) the original packaging with the shipping label intact. Submitted photos serve as documentation for verification.

【Important: Pre-Shipment Inspection Data】
We store photo and quality inspection records for every item prior to shipping. When a defect claim is submitted, we cross-reference your photos with our stored inspection data to verify the issue. Discrepancies or damages occurring post-delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Please do not discard original cardboard boxes or labeled shipping bags until you have verified item condition. Shipping materials are required as proof of delivery; requests without them may be rejected.

*Requests made after 5 days or without prior contact will not be accepted (except for EU/EEA withdrawal rights). Delivery delays, worn/washed items, missing tags, items damaged after receipt, normal variations within overseas manufacturing standards, or hygienic items (swimwear, undergarments, socks) are strictly non-returnable.

If packages are unclaimed past the carrier storage limit (5 days) or contain an incorrect address, they will be returned to our overseas facility. (We cannot reroute packages or update addresses once shipped.)

In these cases, all incurred expenses including round-trip shipping, handling, processing, labor, and packaging fees will be charged to the customer. Reshipments require full payment of these costs and follow original delivery timelines. Refunds are not provided for refused deliveries.

Our select items are designed internationally with an emphasis on unique style. If you require strict manufacturing standards, we recommend purchasing items made in Japan.

*Accessories (hats, socks, etc.) are generally one-size-fits-all and may not fit every clothing size option.

・Minor loose threads, imperfect button stitching, slight shape variations, tailor's chalk marks, minor color bleeding, pattern alignment shifts, stray thread fibers, manufacturing odors, fabric creases, missing brand tags, minor sizing variances, or unannounced design tweaks may occur.

*Size tags positioned on the exterior of garments follow international safety and comfort guidelines for children's wear and are not considered defects.

*Washing instructions: Hand wash or place in a laundry bag on gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry.

*Material composition: Unless labeled as 100%, items are fabric blends with the main material listed. Detailed percentages may not be available as Japanese standard textile testing is not conducted.

Measurements vary across manufacturers and fabric types, with a margin of error of ±2-3 cm.

*International sizing runs differently than local standards; sizing up is recommended. All clothing is in Asian sizes.

Because items are shipped directly from our overseas facilities, gift wrapping services are not available.

*Paper invoices or receipts are not included in packages.

Depending on local postal or carrier rules, packages may be left in designated drop-off locations (porch, doorstep, parcel locker) without face-to-face handoff. We cannot specify or opt out of contactless delivery preferences on behalf of customers.

Once carrier tracking indicates "Delivered", our fulfillment obligations and liability are completed. We assume no responsibility for theft, loss, or misdelivery occurring after delivery confirmation. In the event of a missing package post-delivery, please file a police report and contact the carrier directly.
