Shipping is free for orders of 3,001 yen (tax included) or more. (Delivery must be made to a single location on the same day.)
*For items that are delivered immediately, domestic delivery by Click Post or Kuroneko Yu-packet delivery may be free of charge. Please check the description on each product page.

⚫︎Shipping costs are a flat rate of US$10 per order nationwide.
*Free shipping for orders over US$100. (Limited to one delivery address and same day)

Products shipped within Japan → Kuroneko Yu-Packet, LetterPack, Yamato Takkyubin (Japan Post, Sagawa Express may be used for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands), etc.
*Specified dates and time zones cannot be accepted.
There will be no change in delivery charges due to the change in delivery method.
Period of arrival/departure
We will notify you of the delivery number by e-mail when the shipment is completed.
Please note that the shipment may be divided into separate shipments without prior notice. (There will be no change in shipping charges.)
⚫︎Normal Shipping Period
For items shipped overseas, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery and 2-4 weeks for arrival.
(For items for immediate delivery in Japan, we ship from our warehouse in Japan, so the standard delivery time is within 5 business days.)
) *When “estimated delivery date/delivery date/shipment date” is indicated on the product detail page, please understand that it is not a guarantee of delivery date, but only a guideline.
The delivery time is not the number of days after the order is confirmed, but the estimated delivery time in business days after the product is shipped (tracking number will be given).
Please place your order well in advance, taking into consideration the possibility of unforeseen delays due to bad weather, shipping accidents, etc.
We will contact you by e-mail if a delay occurs after your order has been placed.

Please allow 2 to 5 weeks (average 2 to 3 weeks) for pre-order items to arrive and for items to be shipped on the date and time indicated on the product page.
Please note that we do not receive or ship items on weekends, national holidays, or during long vacations (New Year's holidays, Chinese New Year, GW, Bon holidays, etc.).
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to busy warehouse operations or delivery delays caused by delivery companies.

For items shipped overseas, a shipping number is assigned at the time the item is shipped from overseas, but there may be a 5-10 day error in the domestic tracking service, and it may take some time for the number to be reflected in the tracking service after shipment. (For items shipped domestically, the tracking number will be reflected in the tracking service on the same day after delivery from the warehouse in Japan is completed.)
Damage during shipping
However, there is a possibility that the package may be damaged during shipping due to some trouble or the responsibility of the shipping company after it is handed over to the shipping company.
The exchange/return guarantee does not cover initial wear, wrinkles, scratches, or stains on the package, or scuffs or dents on the inner or outer box due to the distribution process. Please be aware that scratches and dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the product are not covered by the exchange/return guarantee.
