Products shipped domestically→It usually takes 2 to 5 business days to ship and 7 business days to arrive.
Products for pre-order → “within 2 to 5 business days (average 2 to 3 weeks)” for delivery and “within 2 to 5 weeks (average 2 to 3 weeks)” for delivery.
This does not apply to New Year's holidays, Chinese New Year, National Day, and other consecutive holidays.
Return policy: We do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

If you receive a defective item or an item that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. If the item is damaged due to an accident during shipping, please contact us by e-mail within 5 days of receipt. After that time, we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges. In the event of a defective product or damage during shipping, the return shipping costs will be borne by our store. We do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong order or not to your liking.
