Delivery Timeframe

Products are ordered from overseas manufacturers, inspected at our partner warehouse, and then shipped. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Items (Japan & Overseas Asia): 10-18 days from order confirmation.
  • Standard Items (Other Regions): 14-28 days from order confirmation.
  • Pre-order / Made-to-order Items: 3-6 weeks from order confirmation.
*Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, inspections, or seasonal holidays (New Year, Lunar New Year, etc.).
Refunds & Returns No returns except for defective items. We do not accept returns for customer convenience. Refer to "Refund Policy" for details.
*Exception for customers residing in the European Economic Area (EEA): In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, using our designated Customer Withdrawal Form.
Defective Items Please contact us by email within 5 days of delivery (except for the exercise of the right of withdrawal by EEA residents). We will provide a replacement or refund. Return shipping for defective items is covered by our shop.
