Based on this concept, the shop sells imported items from overseas selected by the two mothers.

All products other than those immediately available for delivery to Japan are procured from overseas manufacturers, wholesalers and manufacturing factories, inspected at our partner warehouses and then shipped.

Normally, after we notify you of the shipment of an item that has been ordered, delivery is expected to take approximately 7 to 21 business days, depending on the shipping situation in the destination country.

Please refrain from ordering if you are in a hurry.

[Regarding stock availability]

For products shipped overseas, it usually takes 5 to 14 business days for the product to be shipped and 2 to 4 weeks for the product to arrive.
(Products for immediate delivery within Japan are shipped from our Japanese warehouse, so they will be shipped within 5 business days.)

*If the product details page lists an "Estimated delivery date/Estimated delivery/Estimated shipping date", please understand that this is only an estimate and does not guarantee the delivery date.
Please note that this information is not calculated as the number of days from when your order is confirmed, but rather as an estimate of the delivery time in business days from when we notify you that your product has been shipped (when we provide you with a tracking number).
Please order with plenty of time to spare, taking into consideration the possibility of unexpected delays due to bad weather or transportation accidents.
If there is any delay in your order, we will contact you by email.

*For pre-order items, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery, and the product will be shipped on the date and time indicated on the product page or notes page.

For products shipped overseas, a shipping number will be assigned when the product is shipped from overseas, but there may be a delay of 5 to 10 days before it is reflected in domestic tracking services.
It may take some time for the tracking information to appear on the tracking service after shipping. (For items shipped immediately within Japan, the tracking information will appear on the tracking service the same day after delivery from the Japanese warehouse.)

We double- and triple-check, confirm, and record everything to ensure there are no defects, but if a product different from the one ordered or a defective product is delivered, we will exchange it.

Return address: This varies depending on the product, so we will inform you by email.

Please contact us with at least three photos of the damaged or defective parts , the entire product (including whether or not the product's paper tag is still attached) , and the packaging and address label , and provide as much detail as possible about the situation.

Please understand that the photos we receive from you will serve as proof of all your details.

Please do not discard the cardboard boxes or addressed packaging bags used for packaging until you have confirmed that the product is not defective. The packaging materials are required as proof of delivery, so we recommend that you take photos or videos of them when you unpack the product.

In the case of damage, photographs of the condition of the product packaging are required to determine whether the damage occurred before shipping or during transportation, and to prove that the damage was not caused when the customer opened the product.

Please note that if you are unable to send us a photo of the packaging, we may not be able to provide a refund or other compensation.

We may share packaging and product photos reported by customers with wholesalers.

We will respond as quickly as possible, but please note that we may not be able to exchange the product immediately depending on stock availability.

In the case of returns due to defective products or when a replacement product is not available, we will refund the amount to the original payment source.

If there are differences between the same product you have and the one you have, such as the same product purchased at another store, the same product purchased at our store but not at the same time, or if you have purchased a larger size or additional items.
(The color, shape, pocket button design, fabric parts, dyes, etc. may vary depending on the product production period, lot, and manufacturing factory.)

[Regarding long-term absence or refusal to receive delivery]

If you are not at home when the product is delivered, please contact the delivery company yourself within five days at the delivery company office listed on the delivery notice.

Please be sure to collect any products that we send to you as it is your responsibility.

If you do not collect your parcel within the storage period, or if the parcel is returned due to an error in the recipient name or address entered when placing your order, the parcel will be returned to the sender (China). (We are unable to handle forwarding or address changes.)

Please note that we will charge you the necessary expenses for this: round-trip shipping (an amount different from the shipping amount listed on the product page) + agency fee + labor cost + packaging material cost, etc.

Please note that the same fees and time will be charged for re-arranging the item.

- The no-brand clothing we carry (sold by mamahalo kids) are Korean-designed, Chinese-designed, and Chinese-made products.

・ Please note that many Korean-designed, Chinese-designed, and Chinese-made products place emphasis on design, with little emphasis placed on comfort or durability.

*Including the following points, products that are in a wearable and usable condition are often considered to be in good condition, even if the color, shape, decoration, or design differs from the listed product. If you do not understand the following points, we recommend purchasing Japanese-made products instead of imported products.

*Most accessories, such as hats, bonnets, headbands, socks, and gloves, that come with the outfits are the same for all sizes. We have tried to describe the set contents as much as possible in the product type selection name, product description, and images, but if you have any questions, please contact us. (Product sizes other than those sold individually are those of the outfit.) Please note that since these are merely accessories, they may be too small or too large depending on the size of the outfit you purchase.

・The stitching may be loose and there may be fraying. (Fraying or loose threads that can be fixed by cutting the threads are not eligible for return. If there are holes or loose stitching, we will accept the item as defective, so if you are unsure, please contact us with a photo attached.)

- Buttons and hooks may not be sewn on properly and may come off.

・ The color or shape of the buttons may vary or they may be missing.

- There may be chalk marks or discoloration.

- There may be threads of different colors mixed into the fabric or other threads attached to your clothing.

-Please note that if the buttonholes are not threaded, you will need to punch the holes yourself.

-Appearance may vary depending on your monitor and brightness settings.

- Even for the same product, the color and texture may vary slightly depending on the production line and lot.

・ There may be cases where the product becomes wrinkled when it is sent to Japan.

-As this is an overseas product, the fabric material may differ from the photo.

- The product may not have a tag or the tag may be missing.
(Because Chinese children's product regulations prohibit tags from being attached to parts that come into contact with the skin, the size tags on almost all products are attached to the outside of the clothing, but this is not a defect.)

-As this is an overseas product, the size may vary.

- Printed text, written text, decorative design, materials, and colors may change without notice.

*Unlike Japanese standards, overseas standards do not consider these products to be defective, so we do not recommend purchasing overseas products if you are concerned about the above points.

*Compared to Japanese products, overseas products often use thinner fabrics and thinner threads, so there may be fraying (the ends of the overlock stitched threads on the lining are often not finished and are left sticking out) and poor elasticity.
When washing, please wash by hand or put in a laundry net and wash in the washing machine.
Please avoid using a dryer.

*Regarding fabric composition, if there is no numerical value such as 100%, it is basically a blend or mixed material, and the stated value is the main material. Also, if you inquire about the detailed composition percentage, we will do our best to find out, but since we do not conduct inspections according to Japanese standards, there are many cases where we are unclear or cannot give an accurate and definitive answer. [About size]

Generally, the sizes are the same as in Japan, but there may be variations in size depending on the manufacturer, and some may be larger or smaller.

Please note that even for the same product, there may be a difference of approximately ±4cm depending on the material.

*Our "80cm" size is made to be worn by children who are old enough to walk.

*Many fabrics made overseas have poor elasticity, so they may be slim and difficult to put on than the stated size.

* All clothing is in Asian sizes.
