All products are genuine items directly sourced from overseas manufacturers, wholesalers, and factories, inspected at our affiliated warehouse, and then shipped.
Normally, order-to-order products are expected to be delivered within 10-18 days (Japan/Asia).

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day. Inquiries will be answered within 3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. *Sundays, public holidays, and New Year holidays are our regular closing days.

In the unlikely event that you receive a different item than ordered or a defective product, we will process an exchange. If there is no exchange stock, we will process a refund. For exchanges, the same number of days for re-ordering will be required.
*Payment fees for carrier payments, convenience store payments, deferred payments, bank transfers, etc., are service fees and cannot be refunded by our store.

[Contact for Returns/Exchanges]
Please be sure to contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the product, and then return it at your expense (except for the exercise of the right of withdrawal by residents of EU/EEA).
Please attach at least three photos: "damaged/defective part", "entire product (showing if paper tags are present)", and "packaging and shipping label" when contacting us. The photos you provide will serve as all proof.

During inspection before shipment, our store stores product condition data, such as images and photos, of all products. When you report a defect, we will cross-reference the photos you sent with our stored data to verify and confirm the defective areas. Please note that if there is a data mismatch or if the damage is determined to have occurred after shipment, we may not be able to process your claim.
Please do not dispose of the cardboard boxes or packaging bags with address labels used for packaging until you have confirmed that the product is not defective. Packaging materials are essential as proof of delivery, so we may not be able to respond if they are discarded.
*We cannot accept returns if you do not contact us in advance or if more than 5 days have passed (excluding the exercise of the right of withdrawal by EU/EEA residents). Delivery delays, used items (no tags), dirt, differing from expectations, items falling under overseas product standards, discrepancies with products purchased from other stores, and hygiene products that touch the skin (swimwear, underwear, socks, etc.) are also non-returnable.
🏠 Long-Term Absence / Refusal to Receive
If the package is not picked up within the storage period (5 days) or if the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to the sender (overseas warehouse). (We cannot accept forwarding or address changes).
In such cases, we will charge the necessary expenses incurred, including "round-trip shipping fees + agency fees + personnel costs + packaging material costs, etc." Re-arrangements will incur the same costs and take the same number of days. We cannot accept refunds for refusal to receive, etc.
🌏 About Overseas Products
Our select items are overseas products that prioritize design. If you cannot understand this, we recommend purchasing Japanese-made products.
*Accessories (hats, socks, etc.) are mostly common for all sizes. They may not fit depending on the size of the clothing.
・Loose stitching, loose buttons, different shapes, chalk marks, color fading, pattern misalignment, mixed foreign threads, odors, wrinkles, no tags, slight size variations, unannounced design changes, etc.
*Size tags being on the outside of clothing is due to overseas product regulations and is not a defect.
*Please hand wash or machine wash in a net. Do not tumble dry.
*Material composition: Items without a 100% indication are blends, and the listed material is the main material. Since we do not conduct inspections based on Japanese standards, it may be difficult to provide detailed composition ratios.
📐 About Sizes
There may be variations depending on the manufacturer, and a difference of ±4cm may occur depending on the material.
*Overseas products have unique sizing, so we recommend choosing a size with some leeway. All clothing is in Asian sizes.
🎁 About Wrapping
We apologize, but since items are shipped directly from overseas warehouses, we do not offer gift wrapping.
*Delivery slips (invoices) are not enclosed.
📝 Disclaimer after Delivery Completion
Due to the delivery company's regulations, delivery may be left at your doorstep ("oki-hai") instead of being handed to you directly. Delivery rules are based on each company's regulations, so we cannot accept specifications or selections such as "no oki-hai" from our side.
Our service and responsibility are considered complete once the tracking system indicates "delivery completed." We are not responsible for theft, loss, incorrect delivery, etc., after delivery completion, including doorstep delivery.
