【In case of initial defects or incorrect delivery】
In the unlikely event that a different product or an initially defective product (damaged/stained) is delivered, we will promptly arrange an exchange. If exchange stock is unavailable, we will process a refund (exchanges will require the same number of days as a new order). We will bear the return shipping cost for returns/exchanges due to initial defects.

【How to contact us for returns/exchanges】
Please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving the product. For initial defect claims, please attach at least three photos: of the damaged/defective part, of the entire product (showing whether tags are present), and of the packaging and shipping label. The photos you provide will serve as all proof.
【Important: Storage of Inspection Data】
During pre-shipment inspection, we store product condition data, such as images and photos, for all items. When you report a defect, we will cross-reference the photos you sent with our stored data to verify and confirm the defective area. Please understand that we may not be able to assist if there is a data mismatch or if the damage is determined to have occurred after shipment.
Please do not discard the cardboard boxes or addressed packaging bags used for packaging until you have confirmed that there are no defects with the product. Packaging materials are essential as proof of delivery, and we may not be able to assist if they have been discarded.
*We cannot accept returns if there is no prior contact or if more than 5 days have passed (excluding the exercise of withdrawal rights by EEA residents). Returns are also not accepted for delayed delivery, used items (without tags), soiled items, items that fall under overseas product regulations, discrepancies with items purchased from other stores, and hygiene products that come into contact with the skin (swimwear, underwear, socks, etc.).
🏠 Long-Term Absence/Refusal of Receipt
If you fail to pick up your package after the storage period (5 days) or if the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to the sender (overseas warehouse). (We cannot arrange for forwarding or address changes.)
In such cases, we will charge the necessary expenses: "round-trip shipping + handling fee + labor costs + packaging material costs, etc." Re-delivery will incur similar charges and take the same amount of time. We cannot offer refunds for refused receipts.

Our selected items are overseas products that prioritize design. If you cannot understand this, we recommend purchasing Japanese-made products.
*Most accessories (hats, socks, etc.) are one-size-fits-all. They may not fit depending on the size of the clothing.
・Loose stitching, loose buttons, different shapes, tailor's chalk marks, color fading, pattern misalignment, mixed foreign threads, odors, wrinkles, no tags, size variations, design changes without notice, etc.
*Size tags on the outside of clothing are due to overseas product regulations and are not defects.
*Please hand wash or use a laundry net for washing. Do not tumble dry.
*Material composition: Items without 100% indication are blends, and the main material is listed. Since Japanese standards are not applied for inspection, it may be difficult to provide detailed composition ratios.
📐 About Sizes
There are variations depending on the manufacturer, and differences of ±4cm may occur depending on the material.
*Overseas products have their own sizing, so we recommend choosing a size with some leeway. All clothing is in Asian sizes.
🎁 About Gift Wrapping
We apologize, but as items are shipped directly from our overseas base, we cannot offer gift wrapping.

📝 Disclaimer after Delivery Completion
According to the delivery company's regulations, deliveries may be left unattended ("oki-hai") instead of handed over directly. As delivery rules are based on each company's regulations, we cannot accept specifications or selections such as "no oki-hai" from our side.
Our duties and responsibilities are considered complete once the tracking system shows "delivered". We are not responsible for theft, loss, misdelivery, etc., after delivery completion, including unattended deliveries.
