Once shipping is complete, we will send you the tracking number via email.

*Orders may be shipped in multiple packages without prior notice (shipping costs will not change).

For products shipped from overseas, it takes approximately '10-18 days' for delivery to Japan/Asia, and approximately '14-28 days' for other regions.

*If a "delivery estimate / estimated delivery time / estimated shipping time" is stated on the product detail page, it is not a guaranteed delivery date but merely an estimate. This estimate refers to the delivery time from when the shipping notification (with tracking number) is sent.

Please consider potential delays due to bad weather or transport accidents and place your order with ample time. If any event causing a delay occurs after your order, we will notify you by email.

*For pre-order items, it takes approximately "the date specified on the product page or in the notes" until shipping and "3-6 weeks" until delivery.

*We do not perform receiving or shipping operations on weekends/holidays or during long breaks (New Year holidays / Lunar New Year / Golden Week / Obon, etc.).

*Shipping may be delayed due to busy warehouse periods or circumstances of the shipping company. Please note that you cannot choose the shipping company.

For products shipped from overseas, a tracking number is assigned when the item is shipped from overseas, but it may take 5-10 days for it to be reflected in domestic tracking services, so it may take time for the tracking service to update after shipping.

*If we determine an order to be fraudulent or malicious, we may cancel it according to our regulations.

*If you wish to return an item after delivery due to reasons such as incorrect size or different from image, please check the "Returns, Exchanges, Refunds" section below and contact us according to the specified procedure.

【Returns due to customer's convenience】

Returns due to customer's convenience, such as "incorrect size" or "different from image," are only possible if you contact us by email within 5 days of product arrival. Please make sure to check the following conditions and precautions.

・Returns are only accepted for unused, unwashed products with all paper tags still attached.
・Sanitary products that come into contact with the skin (swimwear, underwear, socks, etc.) cannot be returned for any reason.
・For returns due to customer's convenience, the return shipping cost (to the designated location in Japan) will be borne entirely by the customer.
・For refunds, the initial shipping cost at the time of delivery is not refundable; only the product price will be refunded.
・The return address in Japan will be individually provided via email after we confirm your return request. Returns without prior contact cannot be accepted.

【In case of initial defects or incorrect delivery】

In the unlikely event that you receive a different product from what you ordered or a product with an initial defect (damage/stain), we will promptly arrange an exchange. If an exchange item is not available, we will process a refund (exchanges will require the same number of days as ordering a new item). We will bear the return shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to initial defects.

*Payment fees for carrier payments, convenience store payments, deferred payments, bank transfers, etc., cannot be refunded by our store as they are service usage fees.

※For orders from customers residing in the European Economic Area (EU/EEA) only, the right of withdrawal based on the EU Consumer Rights Directive applies regardless of the above provisions. 【How to contact us for returns/exchanges】

Please be sure to contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the product. If contacting us due to an initial defect, please attach at least 3 photos of the "damaged/defective part," "the entire product (showing whether paper tags are present)," and "the packaging and address label". The photos you provide will serve as all proof.

【Important: Regarding Storage of Inspection Data】
During product inspection before shipment, our store stores product condition data, such as images and photos, for all products. When you report a defect, we will cross-reference the photos you send with our stored data to verify and confirm the defective area. Please note that we cannot respond if there is a discrepancy in the data or if the damage is determined to have occurred after shipment.

Please do not discard the cardboard or packaging bags with address labels used for packaging until you have confirmed that there are no defects in the product. Packaging materials are essential as proof of delivery, and we may not be able to respond if they are discarded.

*Returns will not be accepted without prior contact or if more than 5 days have passed (excluding the exercise of withdrawal rights by EU/EEA residents). Delivery delays, used items (without tags), stained items, items falling under overseas product regulations, discrepancies with items purchased from other stores, and sanitary products that come into contact with the skin (swimwear, underwear, socks, etc.) are also non-returnable.

If you fail to pick up your package within the storage period (5 days) or if the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to the sender (overseas warehouse). (We cannot arrange forwarding or address changes.)

In such cases, we will charge you for the necessary expenses incurred, including "round-trip shipping fees + handling fees + labor costs + packaging material costs, etc.". Re-delivery will incur similar fees and take the same amount of time. Refunds for refusal to receive are not possible.

Our selected items are overseas products with an emphasis on design. If you cannot understand this, we recommend purchasing Japanese-made products.

*Accessories (hats, socks, etc.) are mostly common for all sizes. They may not fit depending on the size of your clothing.

・Loose stitching, loose buttons, different shapes, chalk marks, color fading, pattern misalignment, mixed colored threads, odors, wrinkles, no tags, slight size differences, unannounced design changes, etc.

*Size tags on the outside of clothing are due to overseas product standards and are not considered defects.

*Please hand wash or use a laundry net for washing. Do not tumble dry.

*Material composition: Items without 100%表記 (100% indication) are blends, and the description refers to the main material. Since inspections based on Japanese standards are not performed, it may be difficult to provide detailed composition ratios.

There may be variations depending on the manufacturer, and differences of ±2-3cm may occur depending on the material.

*Overseas products have their own sizing, so we recommend choosing a size with some allowance. All clothing is in Asian sizes.

We sincerely apologize, but since direct shipping is done from an overseas location, we do not offer gift wrapping.

*Delivery notes (invoices) are not included.

Due to the regulations of the shipping company, delivery may be made as a "doorstep delivery" rather than in-person. Since delivery rules are based on each company's regulations, we cannot specify or select "no doorstep delivery" etc.

Our duties and responsibilities are considered complete once the tracking system indicates "delivery completed". We are not responsible for any theft, loss, or incorrect delivery after delivery completion, including doorstep deliveries. In the event of trouble, please file a lost property report with the police yourself and contact the respective shipping company directly.
