【Regarding out of stock / shortages】

While we strive to sell products with utmost care, items may occasionally go out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Notifications regarding out of stock or missing items will be made promptly once we receive a stock report from the manufacturer. (Typically around 10 business days, but delays may occur due to manufacturer circumstances.)

We do not send "in stock" notifications when items are available. Please also note that even if an item is in stock, it may be deemed missing if a defect is found during inspection.

Once shipping is completed, we will notify you of the tracking number via email.

*Shipments may be split without prior notice. (Shipping costs will not change.)

⚫︎About standard delivery period

For international shipments, it takes approximately "10-18 days" for Japan and Asia, and "14-28 days" for other regions.

*If a "delivery estimate / expected delivery time / shipping estimate" is stated on the product detail page, it is not a guaranteed delivery date but merely an estimate. This estimate is for delivery from the date of shipping notification (provision of tracking number).

Please allow ample time when ordering, considering potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or transportation accidents. If any event causing a delay occurs after your order, we will notify you by email.

*For pre-order items, it takes "the date specified on the product page or notice page" until product shipment, and "approximately 3-6 weeks" for delivery.

*We do not perform receiving or shipping operations on weekends, holidays, or during long holidays (New Year's, Lunar New Year, Golden Week, Obon, etc.).

*Shipments may be delayed due to warehouse congestion or delivery company circumstances. Please note that you cannot choose the delivery company.

For international shipments, a tracking number is assigned when the item is shipped from overseas, but it may take 5-10 days for it to be reflected in domestic tracking services, and it may take some time for it to be reflected in the tracking service after shipment.

After an order is completed, we do not accept any cancellations or changes to the order content. We also cannot change payment methods. Changes to address, name, or phone number after shipment cannot be accepted.

*If you purchase multiple items and even one of them is out of stock, we will contact you by email and proceed with the cancellation of that specific item.

*We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons such as size changes, color differences, or differing images.

*If we determine an order to be fraudulent or malicious, it may be canceled according to our store's regulations.

*For SALE items or special price items, returns, exchanges, or refunds are absolutely not accepted under any circumstances.

*We cannot accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer reasons such as image differences or size changes.

In the event of a different product than ordered or a defective product, we will arrange for an exchange. If an exchange item is not in stock, we will process a refund. Exchanges will require the same ordering time.

*Payment fees for carrier payments, convenience store payments, deferred payments, bank transfers, etc., are service usage fees and cannot be refunded by our store.

【Regarding contact for returns/exchanges】

Please be sure to contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the product, then return it via cash on delivery. (Excluding the exercise of the right of withdrawal by EU/EEA residents)

Please attach at least 3 photos of the "damaged/defective part", "the entire product (showing if there is a paper tag)", and "packaging and address label" when contacting us. The photos you provide will serve as all proof.

【Important: Retention of Inspection Data】
During inspection before shipping, our store retains product condition data, such as images and photos, for all products. When you report a defect, we will verify and confirm the defective part by comparing the photos you sent with our retained data. Please note that we may not be able to assist if there is a data discrepancy or if the damage is determined to have occurred after shipment.

Please do not discard the cardboard boxes or packaging bags with addresses used for packing until you have confirmed that there are no defects in the product. Packaging materials are essential as proof of delivery, and we may not be able to assist if they are discarded.

*We cannot accept returns without prior contact or if more than 5 days have passed (excluding the exercise of the right of withdrawal by EU/EEA residents). Delayed delivery, used items (no tags), soiled items, image differences, items falling under overseas product regulations, discrepancies with items purchased from other stores, and hygiene products that come into contact with the skin (swimsuits, underwear, socks, etc.) are also non-returnable.

If you fail to pick up your package within the storage period (5 days) or if the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to the sender (overseas warehouse). (We cannot handle forwarding or address changes.)

In such cases, you will be charged the necessary expenses, including "round-trip shipping +代行手数料 (agency fee) + personnel costs + packaging material costs, etc." Re-arrangement will incur similar costs and days. Refunds for refusal to receive will not be accepted.

Our selected items are overseas products that prioritize design. If you cannot understand this, we recommend purchasing Japanese products.

*Accessories (hats, socks, etc.) are mostly common to all sizes. They may not fit depending on the size of your clothing.

・Loose stitching, loosely sewn buttons, different shapes, chalk marks, color fading, pattern misalignment, mixed-in colored threads, odors, wrinkles, no tags, slight size discrepancies, design changes without prior notice, etc.

*Size tags being on the outside of the clothing is due to overseas product regulations and is not a defect.

*Please hand wash or use a net for washing. Do not tumble dry.

*Material composition: Items without a 100% notation are blends, and the description refers to the main material. Since we do not conduct inspections according to Japanese standards, it may be difficult to provide detailed composition ratios.

There may be variations by manufacturer, and material differences may cause a deviation of ±4cm.

*Overseas products have their own sizing, so we recommend choosing a size with some leeway. All clothing is in Asian sizes.

We apologize, but as products are shipped directly from overseas, we do not offer gift wrapping.

*No delivery note (invoice) is included.

Due to delivery company regulations, packages may be left unattended ("置き配") instead of handed directly to the recipient. Since delivery rules are based on each company's regulations, we cannot accept specifications such as "no unattended delivery."

Our duties and responsibilities are considered complete once the tracking system shows "delivery completed." We are not responsible for theft, loss, misdelivery, etc., after delivery completion, including unattended deliveries. In the event of any trouble, please file a lost item report with the police yourself and contact the respective delivery company directly.
