📦 Stock Availability and Out-of-Stock Items

【About Out-of-Stock and Missing Items】

Notifications regarding out-of-stock or missing items will be made promptly once we receive stock status reports from the manufacturer. (Typically around 10 business days, but delays may occur due to manufacturer circumstances.)
We do not send notifications for items that are in stock. Please also be aware that even if an item is in stock, it may become unavailable if a defect is found during inspection.

For items shipped internationally, delivery takes approximately "10-18 days" for Japan and Asia, and "14-28 days" for other regions.
*Any "delivery timeframe/estimated delivery/estimated shipping" indicated on the product detail page is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. This timeframe refers to the estimated delivery from the shipping notification (when the tracking number is provided).

🚫 Cancellations and Changes
Once an order is completed, we do not accept any cancellations or changes to the order details. We also cannot change payment methods. Address, name, and phone number changes after shipping cannot be accommodated.
*If you purchase multiple items and even one of them is out of stock, we will contact you via email and proceed with the cancellation of that specific item.
*We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience, such as size changes, color discrepancies, or differing from expectations.
*If we determine an order to be fraudulent or malicious, we may cancel it according to our regulations.
❌ Initial Defects, Returns/Exchanges, Refunds
Once you receive your product, please check its contents.
*For SALE items and special price items, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted under any circumstances.
*We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons of customer convenience such as image differences or size changes.
In the unlikely event that you receive a different product from your order or a defective product, we will replace it. If no replacement stock is available, we will process a refund. Exchanges will require the same ordering time as initial purchases.
*We cannot refund payment processing fees for carrier payments, convenience store payments, deferred payments, bank transfers, etc., as they are service usage fees.
*For orders placed by customers residing in the European Economic Area (EU/EEA) only, the right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive applies regardless of the above provisions. You may return or cancel an item within 14 days from the delivery date without stating a reason by using the dedicated application form. 【Regarding contact for returns/exchanges】
Please be sure to contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the product, then return it via cash on delivery. (Excluding the exercise of the right of withdrawal by residents of the EU/EEA)
Please attach at least three photos of the "damaged/defective part," "the entire product (showing if there is a paper tag)," and "the packaging and address label" when contacting us. The photos you provide will serve as all proof.
【Important: Storage of Inspection Data】
During inspection before shipment, we store product condition data, such as images and photos, for all products. When you report a defect, we will compare the photos you send with our stored data to verify and confirm the defective part. Please understand that we cannot accommodate cases where there is a data mismatch or if the damage is determined to have occurred after shipment.
Please do not discard the cardboard box or addressed packaging bag used for packing until you have confirmed that there are no defects in the product. The packaging materials are essential as proof of delivery, and we may not be able to assist if they are discarded.
*Returns will not be accepted if there is no prior contact or if more than 5 days have passed (excluding the exercise of the right of withdrawal by EU/EEA residents). This also applies to delivery delays, used items (no tags), stains, differences from expectations, items falling under overseas product regulations, discrepancies with items purchased from other stores, and hygiene products that come into contact with skin (swimwear, underwear, socks, etc.) are non-returnable.
🏠 Long-term Absence / Refusal to Receive
If you fail to pick up your package within the storage period (5 days) or if there is an incorrect address, the package will be returned to the sender (overseas warehouse). (We cannot accept forwarding or address changes.)
In such cases, you will be charged for the necessary expenses incurred: "round-trip shipping + agency fees + labor costs + packaging material costs, etc." Re-delivery will incur similar costs and time. Refunds for refused receipts will not be accepted.
🌏 About Overseas Products
Our selected items are overseas products with an emphasis on design. If you cannot understand this, we recommend purchasing Japanese products.
*Accessories (hats, socks, etc.) are mostly common to all sizes. They may not fit depending on the size of your clothing.
・Loose stitching, loose buttons, different shapes, chalk marks, color fading, pattern misalignment, mixed foreign threads, odors, wrinkles, no tags, slight size variations, unannounced design changes, etc.
*Size tags being on the outside of clothing is a standard for overseas products and is not a defect.
*Please hand wash or use a laundry net for washing. Do not tumble dry.
*Material composition: Items without a "100%"表記 are blends, and the stated material is the main material. It may be difficult to provide detailed composition ratios as they are not inspected according to Japanese standards.
📐 About Sizes
There may be variations depending on the manufacturer, and differences of ±4cm may occur depending on the material.
*Overseas products have their own sizing, so we recommend choosing a size with some leeway. All clothing is in Asian sizes.
🎁 About Gift Wrapping
We sincerely apologize, but as items are shipped directly from overseas, we do not offer gift wrapping.
*Delivery notes (invoices) are not included.
📝 Disclaimer after Delivery Completion
According to the delivery company's regulations, delivery may be left at the door ("oki-hai") instead of handed over in person. Since delivery rules are based on each company's regulations, we cannot accept specifications or selections such as "no door drop-off."
Our duties and responsibilities are considered complete once the tracking system shows "delivery completed." We are not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery after delivery completion, including door drop-offs. In the event of trouble, please file a lost property report with the police yourself and contact the respective delivery company directly.
