Notice of suspension of shipments and deliveries during the 2025 Chinese New Year (Lunar New Year) long holiday

We would like to inform you about delivery holidays during the Chinese New Year (Lunar New Year, January 28th to February 4th, 2025).

Pre-order period
Wednesday, January 15, 2024 - Sunday, February 16, 2025

We apologize for any inconvenience, but during the above period, we will be suspending the shipment of products shipped overseas as they are only available as pre-orders.
We are accepting orders as usual, however delivery times will be significantly longer than usual.
Please note that holiday periods vary by wholesaler, so we will ship out products that can be ordered in order.
*In the unlikely event that we are unable to secure stock after the Chinese New Year and items are out of stock, we will contact you by email.
Furthermore, we will be operating as normal in regards to inquiries during this period; however, since our overseas wholesale manufacturers are also on long holidays, any inquiries we make that require confirmation with the manufacturers may not be handled until after the Chinese New Year.

After the Chinese New Year, the volume of goods shipped increases every year, causing significant delays in distribution and frequent incidents of lost luggage.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it will take longer than usual for the product to arrive, so please refrain from placing urgent orders. (It depends on the logistics situation and the inventory of wholesale manufacturers, but we expect that in most cases delivery will take place from early to late March onwards.)
