For products shipped from overseas, it usually takes 7 to 14 business days for the product to be shipped and 2 to 4 weeks for the product to arrive.
(Products for immediate delivery within Japan are shipped from our Japanese warehouse, so shipping will take approximately 5 business days.)

For products shipped from overseas, a shipping number will be assigned when the product is shipped from overseas, but there may be an error of about 5 to 10 days before it is reflected in domestic tracking services.

Please contact us with as much detail as possible about the situation, attaching at least three photos of the " damaged/defective parts ," " the entire product (including whether or not the product's paper tag is still attached) ," and " the packaging and address label ."

Please understand that the photos we receive from you will serve as proof of all your details.

Please do not discard the cardboard boxes or addressed packaging bags used for packaging until you have confirmed that the product is not defective. Since the packaging materials are essential as proof of delivery, we recommend that you take photos or videos of the packaging materials when you open them.

In the event of damage, photographs of the condition of the product packaging are required to determine whether the damage occurred before shipping or during transportation, and to prove that the damage was not caused when the customer opened the product.

Please note that if you are unable to send us a photo of the packaging condition, we may not be able to provide a refund.

We may share packaging and product photos reported by customers with wholesalers.

[Regarding long-term absence or refusal to receive the item]

If you are not at home when the product is delivered, please contact the delivery company yourself within 5 days at the delivery company office indicated on the delivery slip.

Please be sure to collect any products that we send to you as your responsibility.

In the unlikely event that you are unable to collect your parcel within the storage period, or if the parcel is returned due to an incorrect name or address entered when placing your order, the parcel will be returned to its sender (China). (We are unable to handle forwarding or address changes.)

*Including the following points, products that are in a wearable and usable condition are often considered to be of good quality, even if the color, shape, decoration, or design is different from the published product. If you do not understand the following points, we recommend that you purchase products made in Japan instead of imported products.

*Most accessories such as hats, bonnets, hair bands, socks, gloves, etc. that come with the clothes are the same for all sizes. We have described the set product contents in the product type selection name, product description, and images as much as possible, but if you are unclear, please contact us. (The size of the product other than the single item sale is that of the clothes.) Please note that since these are merely accessories, they may be smaller or larger depending on the size of the clothes you purchase.

・ The stitching may be loose and frayed. (Fraying or protruding threads that can be fixed by cutting the threads are not eligible for return. ・ Buttons and hooks may not be sewn on properly and may come off.

(Because China's children's product regulations do not permit tags to be attached to parts that come into contact with the skin, the size tags on almost all products are on the outside of the clothing, but this is not a defect.)

-As this is an overseas product, the size may vary.

- Printed text, written text, decorative design, materials, colors, etc. may be changed without notice.

 *Unlike Japanese standards, overseas standards do not consider these products to be defective, so we do not recommend purchasing overseas products if you are concerned about the above points.

*Compared to Japanese products, overseas products often use thinner fabrics and thinner threads, so there may be fraying (the ends of the threads on the lining are often not finished and are left sticking out) and poor elasticity.
When washing, please wash by hand or in a laundry net in the washing machine.
Do not tumble dry.

* Regarding the composition of fabric materials, if there is no numerical value such as 100%, it is basically a blend or mixed material, and the listed value is the main material.
