Article 1 (Application)

• -These terms and conditions apply to the "mamahalo shop" operated by the sole proprietor mamahalo Hasebe Nana and related mail order services (hereinafter referred to as "this service").
• - The "User Guide/Before Ordering" posted on this shop constitutes part of these terms and conditions.
• ・By using this service, you are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Article 2 (Definition)

• "Service Agreement": A service agreement concluded between our shop and the customer, with these terms and conditions as its terms and conditions.
• "Intellectual Property Rights": copyrights, patents, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.

Article 3 (Members)

Article 4 (Product prices and orders)

Please check the sales price on each product page. After your order is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the actual amount at the time of payment may differ from the estimated amount stated in each policy.

Article 6 (Shipping of Products)

Delivery addresses are limited to addresses that can be delivered by our designated delivery company . Delivery times vary depending on the region and shipping category (domestic or international). Please refer to our "Shipping Policy" for details. In addition, customs duties and taxes for overseas shipping are the responsibility of the recipient (customer).

Article 7 (Returns and exchanges of products)

If there is a defect in the product, please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the product. We will exchange the product if it is in stock, or refund you if it is not. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted. Details such as the cost of return shipping will be as specified in the "Refund Policy."

Article 8 (Prohibited matters)

• Actions that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals, criminal acts, purchasing for the purpose of resale, impersonation, and other actions that our shop deems inappropriate are prohibited.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

Article 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The governing law shall be Japanese law, and in the event of a dispute, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
