Product delivery time

We ship products from our partner warehouses overseas, inspect them, and then ship them. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard products (Japan and Asia): Approximately 10 to 18 days after order confirmation
  • Standard products (other regions): Approximately 14 to 28 days from order confirmation
  • Pre-order/made-to-order products: Approximately 3 to 6 weeks from order confirmation

Special Terms and Conditions for Returns Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.
