We would like to inform you about delivery holidays during the Chinese New Year (Lunar New Year, January 28th to February 4th, 2025).

Wednesday, January 15, 2024 - Sunday, February 16, 2025

We apologize for any inconvenience, but during the above period, we will be suspending the shipment of products shipped overseas as they are only available as pre-orders.

We are accepting orders as usual, however delivery times will be significantly longer than usual.

Please note that the estimated delivery time is based on the number of days it will take to ship your order after we have sent you the shipping notification.

Please note that holiday periods vary by wholesaler, so we will ship out products that can be ordered in order.
*In the unlikely event that we are unable to secure stock after the Chinese New Year and items are out of stock, we will contact you by email.

Furthermore, we will be operating as normal in regards to inquiries during this period; however, since our overseas wholesale manufacturers are also on long holidays, any inquiries we make that require confirmation with the manufacturers may not be handled until after the Chinese New Year.
