Based on this concept, the shop sells imported items from overseas selected by the two mothers.
All products other than those immediately available for delivery to Japan are procured from overseas manufacturers, wholesalers and manufacturing factories, inspected at our partner warehouses and then shipped.
Normally, after we notify you of the shipment of an item that has been ordered, delivery is expected to take approximately 7 to 21 business days , depending on the shipping situation in the destination country.
*Please refrain from ordering if you are in a hurry.

We accept orders 24 hours a day. We will respond to inquiries within three business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. *We are closed on Sundays, public holidays, and the New Year holidays.
📝 About Ordering
At mamahalo shop, we accept orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through our online store. *You can register your membership information when you place your first order. We will notify you by email when your order is accepted through our online store and when your product is shipped.

📦 Regarding Stock Availability and Out-of-Stock Items
Our inventory is highly fluid, so there may be cases where an item is out of stock or shipped incorrectly after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will contact you by email.

[About out-of-stock items]
We take great care in selling our products, but there may be times when we run out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email.

For products shipped overseas, it usually takes 5 to 14 business days for the product to be shipped and 2 to 4 weeks for the product to arrive. (Products for immediate delivery within Japan are shipped from a Japanese warehouse, so shipping is expected to take place within 5 business days.)
*If there is a "Delivery Estimate/Shipping Estimate" on the product details page, it is not a guaranteed delivery date, but merely an estimate. Please note that this information is not calculated as the number of days from the time your order is confirmed, but as an estimate in business days from the time the product is shipped (the time when the tracking number is provided) .
Please allow ample time for your order to be delivered, taking into consideration unforeseen delays such as bad weather or transportation accidents. If any delays occur after your order has been placed, we will contact you by email.

For products shipped overseas, a shipping number will be assigned when the product is shipped from overseas, but there may be a 5-10 day delay before it is reflected on domestic tracking services, and it may take some time for the number to be reflected on tracking services after shipping. (For products shipped immediately to Japan, the number will be reflected on tracking services on the same day after delivery from the Japanese warehouse.)

❌ Initial defects, returns, exchanges, refunds
When you receive the product, please check the contents.
*We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for sale items or defective or faulty items under any circumstances.
*We cannot accept returns or refunds for items that do not match the customer's expectations, or for size exchanges or returns.
If you receive a product that is different from your order or is defective, we will exchange it for you. If we do not have the replacement in stock, we will refund you. In the case of an exchange, it will take the same number of days to receive the product.
*Payment fees for carrier payments, convenience store payments, deferred payments, bank transfers, etc. cannot be refunded by our store as they are service fees.
[Regarding returns and exchanges]
Please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the product and return it by cash on delivery.
Please contact us with at least three photos of the damaged or defective part, the entire product (including the presence or absence of the paper tag), and the packaging and address label . The photos we receive from you will serve as all proof.
[Important: Regarding storage of inspection data]
We store product condition data, such as images and photographs, of all products during inspection before shipping. When we receive a report of a defect, we will compare the photos you send with the data stored at our store to verify and confirm the defect . Please note that we cannot respond if the data does not match or if the damage occurred after shipping.
Please do not discard the cardboard boxes or addressed packaging bags used for packaging until we have confirmed that the product is not defective. Packaging materials are required as proof of delivery, so we may not be able to process your order if they are discarded.
* Returns will not be accepted if there is no prior contact or if more than 5 days have passed. Returns will also not be accepted for items that are late in delivery, used (without tags), soiled, different from the image, fall under overseas product regulations, are different from items purchased at other stores, or are hygiene products that come into contact with the skin (swimwear, underwear, socks, etc.).
🏠 Regarding long-term absence and refusal to receive parcels
If you are unable to collect your package after the storage period (5 days) has expired or if the address is incorrect, your package will be returned to the sender (warehouse in China). (We are unable to forward or change addresses.)
We will charge you the necessary expenses for this (round-trip shipping, agency fees, labor costs, packaging materials, etc.) . Re-arranging the delivery will incur the same fees and lead time. We cannot accept refunds for refusal to receive the item.
🌏 About overseas products
Korean and Chinese design products place emphasis on design, not comfort or durability. If you cannot understand this, we recommend purchasing Japanese products.
*Most accessories (hats, socks, etc.) are the same for all sizes. They may not fit depending on the size of the clothes.
- Poor stitching, buttons not sewn on properly, different shapes, chalk marks, discoloration, misaligned patterns, different colored threads mixed in, odor, wrinkles, no tags, incorrect or incorrect sizing, design changes without notice, etc.
*Size tags are attached to the outside of clothing in accordance with Chinese children's product regulations and are not a defect.

*Our "80cm" is a guideline for children who are able to walk with support.
* Many overseas-made products have poor elasticity and may be difficult to put on due to their slim fit. All clothing is in Asian sizes.
🎁 About gift wrapping
We apologize, but we are unable to provide gift wrapping as products are shipped directly from our warehouses, factories, and wholesalers.
*Price tags in Japanese yen and delivery notes (invoices) are not included.
📝 Disclaimer of Liability After Delivery
Depending on the delivery company's regulations, the parcel may be left at the door rather than delivered to the recipient. As delivery rules are based on the regulations of each company, we cannot accept requests such as "no delivery at the door."
Our work and responsibility will be complete once the tracking system shows "Delivery completed." We cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss, or misdelivery after delivery, including leaving the parcel at the door. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs, please file a lost item report with the police yourself and contact the delivery company directly.
