[Right of Withdrawal for EEA Residents]

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, group customers residing within the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw from the contract and return products for any reason, including customer convenience.

• Period to exercise the right: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods without giving any reason.

• Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for any direct shipping costs incurred when returning the product due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

[Defective Items or Incorrect Shipments]

While we strive for the highest quality, in the event of an initial defect (damage, stains) or incorrect shipment, we will provide a replacement with the same item. Our shop will cover all shipping costs for replacements due to defective products or incorrect shipments. A refund will be issued if the item is out of stock.

[Refund Process]

After the returned product arrives and inspection is completed, we will process the refund within 10 business days via the payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times vary by credit card company.
